Adding Invoices

This option allows you toquickly create a supplier invoice, by entering only theessential information, without going through complex steps.

Fields available in the quick form:

Supplier(MANDATORY)
Select thesupplier nameaffected by the invoice.

Fleet(optional depending on configuration)
Allows you to link the invoice to afleetspecific (vehicle or group of vehicles).

Piece 

• Choice ofpieceto be invoiced (e.g.: filter, oil, etc.)

• Possibility of adding several lines of parts.

Coin amount

• Directly enter theunit amount excluding tax(or including tax as the case may be).

• TEAtotal amountis calculated automatically with thequantity, possible discount and VAT.
