Add Quote

The system offers aclear and structured formallowing the rapid addition of new quotes. It is designed to facilitate daily work by entering only theessential information, while retaining the possibility of adding details if necessary.

Upper part: General information of the quote

• Number(MANDATORY): Unique quote reference to be entered manually.

• Purchase request number: Link a quote to an existing request.

• Date: The date the quote was created (automatically filled, editable).

• Fleet: Select the fleet concerned (possibility of adding a new one via ).

• Supplier(MANDATORY): Choose a supplier from the repository (or add one via ).

• Currency: Choose the billing currency (MAD, EUR, etc.).

• vehicle: Optional, link a vehicle if necessary.

• Attachment: Attach a file (PDF, image, etc.).

• How: Free area to add remarks.

Lower part: List of parts/services of the quote

Each line represents aproduct or service offeredin the quote.

• Piece(MANDATORY): Choose an item or part (to add a new item).

• Unit: Ex. unit, box, liter, etc.

• Quantity(MANDATORY): Number of units requested.

• Unit price: Unit price excluding taxes.

• Discount: Possible reduction applied to the line.

• Amount excluding tax: Automatic calculation of the total price excluding tax.

• VAT: Applicable tax rate (modifiable).

• Amount including tax: Automatic calculation (HT + VAT - Discount).

Registration

Once the essential fields are completed, click on the green button (bottom right of the parts line) to add the line, then validate the overall form to save the quote.
