Filtering purchase requests

The interface offiltering of purchase requestsallows you tosearch and sort efficientlyspecific requests using multiple criteria, making management and analysis easier.

Objective:

Quickly access one or more specific purchase requests without having to go through the entire list.

Available filter fields:

• Start date / End date: to define a search period.

• Number: filter by purchase request number.

• System No.: search for a request according to its system identifier.

• Piece: filter by room type or category.

• Fleet: limit the search to a specific fleet.

• Status: filter according to the status of the request (in progress, validated, refused, etc.).

• Validation status: refine according to the level of validation reached.

• User: Show only requests created by a specific user.

• vehicle: link the search to a specific vehicle.
