Quote Validation

This functionality allows you tovalidate or refuse a quotebased on commercial, logistical or financial criteria. It is essential for managing the life cycle of a quote before its possible conversion into an order.

Steps to accept or reject a quote:

Access the quote list

• Go to the menuEstimatefrom the main interface.

• Use the available filters (Customer, Trip, Status) to locate the quote in question.

Open actions menu

• Click the button︙to the left of the quote line to be processed.

• The context menu appears with several options.

Choose action:

• Click onAcceptif the quote is compliant and validated.

• Click onDismissif the quote does not meet the criteria or is refused by the customer.

Result of the action:

• Ounceaccepted, the quote status changes to“Accepted”(visible in the “Status” column). It can now beconverted to purchase orderor any other operational document.

• Ouncerejected, the status becomes“Rejected”, which marks the quote as inactive without deleting it. It remains accessible for consultation or history.
