Printing free invoices

(Possibility to print a free invoice directly from the system)

The system allowseasily print a free invoicefrom the main interface, without the need to export it manually.

Steps to follow:

In thelist of free invoices, each line contains aaction button(three small vertical dots).

By clicking on this button, a menu is displayed with the options:

• To consult

• To modify

• DELETE

• Print MAD(amount in Moroccan dirhams)

• Print EURO(amount in euros)

Choice of currency:

The user can choose the desired print format depending on thebilling currency:

• M.A.D.for invoices in dirhams

• EUROfor invoices in euros

Print format:

The system generates aPrintable PDF version of the invoice, including:

• General information (number, customer, date, etc.)

• Details of the services or services billed

• Amounts excluding tax, VAT and tax included

• Payment status

Advantage:

This feature makes it much easier to send, archive or physically deliver an invoice to the customer.
