Travel filtering
Trip filtering allows users to easily find trips saved in the system by applying one or more search criteria. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to save time when consulting or analyzing transport data.
The filter interface is at the top of the trip list and contains many fields that can be configured as needed. Here are the main elements that the user can use:

Start dateAndend date: allow you to restrict the search to a given period.

Customer: selects trips assigned to a specific customer.

Type of journey: allows you to filter according to the type (e.g.: national, international).

Type of service: to identify trips according to the nature of the service (e.g.: transport, rental, etc.).

Tractor / Trailer: to search for trips made with a given equipment.

Driver: filter according to the driver assigned to the trip.

Goods: only display trips related to a specific commodity.

SubcontractorGoldsubcontractor vehicle: useful for finding journeys carried out under subcontracting.

Import/Export: for research related to customs formalities.

Status: allows you to target trips in progress, closed, canceled, etc.

Billing Status: allows you to distinguish between invoiced, uninvoiced or partially invoiced trips.

Number: for a quick search by unique trip identifier.

Typical referenceGoldreference type (goods): filter according to personalized references.

Container: useful in the case of maritime or intermodal transport.

Type of fees: identify trips based on the costs involved.

How: allows a search on the texts entered in the remarks.

Travel category: for example: fridge, skip, tank, etc.

Unloading location: filter according to the address or city of arrival.

Invoice number: to find trips linked to a specific invoice.

With or without attachment: to locate trips accompanied or not by attached documents.

Show empty BLs: activates a filter on trips without a delivery slip.

Show trips without amounts: useful for identifying incomplete journeys.

Company: allows you to filter by entity (if multi-company).

User: allows you to find trips entered or modified by a given user.
Thanks to this wealth of criteria, the user can very easily combine several filters in order to refine their search as much as possible. The system then displays only trips that match the selected parameters exactly.
This functionality is essential for efficiently navigating data, preparing exports, carrying out checks or even launching specific processes (closing, invoicing, etc.).
