List of transport orders

Therelist of transport ordersconstitutes an essential module in logistics management. It presents all the transport operations recorded in the system, allowing rapid, clear and centralized consultation of information linked to each transport mission.

1. General Presentation

The page displays all transport orders already created in the system. Each line represents a unique order with its specific information. The table is designed for smooth reading, efficient searching and optimized management of logistics flows.

2. Information Displayed

The table columns contain:

• System No.: Internal identifier automatically assigned by the system (e.g. OT21).

• Number: Reference or code of the order used for administrative monitoring.

• Date: Date of creation of the order.

• Delivery date: Expected or actual date of delivery of the goods.

• Customer: Name of the customer for whom the order is made.

• Tractor: Registration of the main vehicle used for transport.

• Trailer: Registration of the attached trailer.

• Driver: Name of the driver assigned to this order.

• Status: Order status (for example:fence).

• User: Name of the user who created or processed the order.

3. Available features

• “Add” button(green icon with a “+”): allows you to create a new transport order.

• Filtered: a button located at the top left opens an advanced filter panel. It allows you to search for orders according to several criteria (dates, customers, drivers, etc.).

• Refresh(blue circular icon): reloads the page to display the updated data.

• Import(Excel icon): allows you to import several orders from a pre-formatted Excel file.

• Export(purple icon with an arrow): allows you to download/export the displayed list in PDF, Excel or other format.
