When adding a new trip, the user accesses a form structured into logical sections allowing them to fill in the following elements:

Customer
Selection of the customer concerned by the transport.

Trip and Trip Type

• Choice of route (pre-recorded in the repository)

• Specification of the type of journey (national, international, etc.)

Company
Definition of the executing company (if several entities in the system).

Travel category
(For example: Dry transport, Refrigerated transport, etc.)

Type of service
Selection of the logistics service provided (rental, full transport, etc.)

Loading and unloading location

Specific addresses or locations linked to the transport operation.

Passing station
Indication of the station(s) concerned for refueling, checking, etc.

Tolls
Option to link tolls expected or passed in this trip.

Goods transported
Information on the goods involved in the trip.
