Exporting quotes

The functionalityexport of quotesallows you to generate a file in a compatible format (Excel) to facilitate sharing, archiving or analysis of data.

Steps to export quotes:

Access the quote list:
Go to the interface where the complete list of saved quotes is displayed.

Use the export button:
At the top right of the screen, click the button“Export”to start exporting all the quotes displayed.

Filter before export (optional):
If you want to export only a specific selection of quotes, first click the button“Filter”.
You can then apply filters according to different criteria, such as:

Once the filters are applied, click“Export”to obtain only quotes matching your criteria.

Benefits of exporting quotes

• Easy sharing: allows you to quickly send quotes to employees, partners or customers in a standard format (Excel, CSV, etc.).
