Free Invoice Filtering

(Makes it easier to search and sort free invoices based on specific criteria)

The free invoice management interface integrates a system ofintelligent filtering, which allows you to quickly find one or more invoices according to very specific criteria.

Available filter criteria:

1. Start date & End date
   Allows you to filter the invoices createdin a specific period.
   → Example: you want to display all invoices for the month of March 2025 → you choose 03/01/2025 as the start date and 03/31/2025 as the end date.

2. #Number
   Direct search byinvoice number.
   → Useful if you already know the exact or partial invoice number.

3. Customer
   Allows you to filter invoices assigned toa specific customer.
   → Very useful for checking the billing history of a given customer.

4. User
   Shows only invoicescreated by a specific userof the system.
   → Useful for tracking activity by agent or department.

Quick and easy to use:

• All you have to do is fill in one or more filter fields according to your needs.

• Then click on the button"To research"Gold“Apply filters”.

• The list of invoices will be automatically updated based on the criteria entered.

This filtering system allows you tosave time, ofoptimize your search, andmaintain better controlof your free invoices, even in case of high volume.
