L'free invoice interfaceoffers aglobal and detailed viewof all invoices recorded in the system. This listing is designed to provide aquick reading, HASseamless access to data, and aeffective managementdocuments.

What does this list contain?

Each line in the list represents a free invoice withkey information, such as:

• Invoice number

• Affected customer

• Issue date

• Total amount

• Invoice Status(paid, unpaid…)

• User who created the invoice

• Currency used

• Due date (if applicable)

Actions available from the list:

• View details: by clicking on a dedicated line or button, you access all the invoice data.

• To modify(if the invoice is still authorized for modification).

• DELETE(if it has not yet been set).

• Print: possibility of printing in formatM.A.D., EURO, or in versionmultiple.

• Recalculatethe amount of the invoice (in case of adjustment).

• Access historyor toattachmentsif available.
