Email Notifications

The management interfacetravelallows you to automatically send emails to inform relevant parties of two key stages of transport:

1. Loading the goods

2. Unloading at destination

Functionality available via the actions menu (3 points):

In thetravel list, each line (trip) has a context menu (accessible via the three vertical dots). This menu offers the following actions:

• Email Loading

• Email Unloading

How to use this function:

1. Access thetravel list.

2. Click on thethree pointsto the right of a trip.

3. Select:

   • Email Loading: to send a notification that the vehicle is charging or has finished charging.

   • Email Unloading: to notify that unloading has been carried out or is in progress.

Typical email content:

The email may include the following information:

• Trip number

• Affected customer

• Date and time of loading/unloading

• Location of loading/unloading

• Driver assigned

• Vehicle (tractor and trailer)

• Additional comments (if added in comments)

Objectives of this function:

• Ensurereal-time traceabilityof the trip status.

• Automatically notify customersor logistics partners.

• Optimize coordinationbetween logistics and sales teams and end customers.
