Free invoice export

(Allows you to generate an exportable file for analysis or external sharing)

The system provides a functionality offree invoice exportin Excel format, to allowexternal exploitation of data(analysis, archiving, sharing, etc.).

Export steps:

1. From the interfaceFree invoices, at the top right of the screen, click theExcel icon.

2. The system automatically downloads an Excel file containingall invoices listed(filtered or not).

The exported file contains:

• Invoice number

• Date

• Travel reference

• Customer

• Amounts excluding tax and including tax

• Status (Paid / Unpaid)

• User

• Details of services (designation, quantity, unit price, etc.)

• VAT

• Total amount per line

Main utilities:

• Accounting or financial analysis

• Import into another system

• Send by email to a partner or service

• Archiving
