Quick entry in the add form - Transport order

This functionality allowssimple, fast and dynamic entryessential information when creating a transport order. It is designed forsave timeand avoid going back and forth between different modules.

Fields affected by quick entry:

Customer:

• Selection from a drop-down list.

• Possibility of adding a new customer directly with thebutton + greennext to.

Road:

• Allows you to choose a predefined route.

• Adding a new route also via+ green.

Type of journey:

• Example: One way, round trip, national, international.

• New type of trip that can be added quickly.

Travel category:

• Allows you to classify trips (e.g.: express, standard).

• Quick entry with+ green.

Goods:

• A dedicated section at the bottom of the form.

• The button“Good+”allows you to directly add the items to be transported (with all the details such as quantity, weight, etc.).

Advantages of this quick entry:

• No need to exit the form to create a new customer or item.

• Reduction of errors and oversights.

• Saves time for users, especially in case of repeated entry.
