Print Despatch

Objective:

TEADespatchis a printed document that brings togetherall the essential information linked to a journey or a transport mission. It serves asoperational frameworkfor the driver, like amission order. This document is generated for eachtransport orderrecorded in the system and accompanies the driver throughout the journey.

How to print the Despatch of a trip?

1. Access the trip list

Go to the travel module to display thefull listrecorded transport orders.

2. Select the trip concerned

Find the freight order you want to print. Easily identify it using criteria like:

• TEAtrip number

• TEAcustomer

• TEAroad

• Or any other available filter field

3. Click on the print button

On the trip row, click on the print icon (usually a printer). This triggers theautomatic generation of the Despatch document.

Content of the generated Despatch

The Despatch is a structured document containing theessential informationfollowing:

General information

• Route assignment:ex.No. 88/2025A

• End customer

• Affected terminal

• File number

• Affected by:Name of user who generated or assigned the trip

• Print date: Accurate timestamp at generation time

Fleet details and logistics

• Loading date

• Place of departure and place of arrival

• Driveraffected

• Tractor and possibly trailer

• Quantity or type of loading:TC (containers), parcels, pallets, etc.
