Filtering Transport

The functionality offilteringin the interfaceTransport ordermakes it easier to search and sort recorded orders, especially when the volume of data is large. It offers the user the possibility of precisely targeting the information they wish to consult based on specific criteria.

When the user clicks the button“Filter”, several search fields are displayed. These fields correspond to criteria that can be combined to refine the results.

The main criteria available are:

• Start date: This field allows you to define the minimum date from which transport orders must be displayed.

• End date: This field allows you to limit the search to a defined period by indicating a maximum date.

• Number: This is the manual number of the transport order, entered during creation. The search can be carried out directly from this number.

• System No.: This field allows you to find an order using its unique, automatically generated system number (e.g.: OT21, OT24, etc.).

• Customer: This criterion allows you to filter orders by client. Very useful when you want to view all the TOs linked to a specific customer.

• Goods: This field allows you to filter according to the type of goods transported.

• Status: It is possible to search for orders according to their progress status, such as "Closed", "In progress", etc.

• User: Allows you to display only orders created or managed by a particular user.

• Type of journey: This filter makes it possible to distinguish orders according to the type of trip made, such as a one-way trip, round trip, etc.

• Travel category: Allows you to filter TOs according to whether they are national, international, or any other personalized category.

Thanks to these combinable filters, the user can easily find a transport order without having to manually go through a long list of records. This significantly improves productivity, data analysis and operational monitoring.
