Customer Processing Filter
Customer Processing Filter
The customer draft filter is a feature built into financial management software, designed to help users quickly find specific drafts. A customer draft is a financial document, like a promissory note, committing the customer to pay on a specific date.
Example of Use
Suppose a user wants to find all drafts due in January 2024 for STOCK PRALIM:
- Click on the “Filter” icon.
- In "Due start date", enter "01/01/2024".
- In "Due date", enter "01/31/2024" (required).
- In "Search", enter "PRALIM STOCK".
- Validate the filter.
- Result: The table only displays matching drafts, for example, 5277812 (due 01/14/2021, RC00000002).
Advantages and Usefulness
- Targeted Search:Allows you to quickly locate specific drafts, for example, all those due in January 2024 for a given customer, avoiding manually going through a list of 162 drafts (as shown in the statistical summary).
- Efficient sorting:Facilitates sorting by due dates, useful for managing late or upcoming payments.
- Time Saving:Reduces the time needed to find relevant information, especially with a large volume of deals.
- Flexibility:Combines several criteria (dates, customer, bill number) for personalized searches, adapted to the user’s needs.
