Detailed explanation
The Item List functionality is a key component of a financial management system, designed to display in detail all item books recorded in the system, providing an overview of associated transactions and allowing easy consultation. A scan of the provided interface, titled "Effects Books", matches this description, displaying a list of books with their details. Here is an exhaustive explanation of how it works, its components and its usefulness.
Understanding the Effects List
The "Items List" allows users, such as accountants or financial managers, to consult a complete view of registered item books, including their status (used, available), their monetary value, and associated information such as bank and date of issue. A bill book is a register or collection of financial instruments such as bills of exchange, promissory notes or checks, and the list provides an overview of these books. The interface includes filtering, exporting and refreshing options for flexible use.
Interface description
The “Effects Books” interface presents a detailed table of books, with management options. Here are the main elements observed:
Header:The page is written "Carnets des bills", clearly indicating its function of managing financial bills. On the right, a horizontal toolbar contains three icons:
- A green “+” icon to add a new effects book.
- An Excel icon (probably blue, with an "X" logo on a grid) to export the data to Excel format.
- A refresh icon (blue circle with circular arrow) to update the list.
Filter button:At the top left, a circular blue icon with a funnel ("Filter") opens a panel to apply search criteria, making it easier to customize the list.
Summary Statistics:Below the header, five statistics are displayed in blue boxes:
- Number of records:1, indicating the total number of notebooks listed.
- Number of effects:50, representing the total of the effects in all the notebooks.
- Number of effects used:35, showing that 35 effects were used.
- Number of effects available:15, indicating that there are 15 effects remaining.
- Total Amount:2,444,398,258 (in red, probably in dirhams, DH), representing the total sum of the amounts associated with the notebooks.
Table of Effects Books:The main body is a table with a dark blue header row and a data row. The columns are:
- Items book number:Unique notebook identifier (for example, EFF00001).
- Designation :Description or other identifier, empty in this example.
- Date :Date associated with the notebook (for example, 04/01/2021).
- Bank:Name of the associated bank (for example, SOCIETE GENERALE).
- Number of effects:Total effects in the notebook, here 50.
- Number of effects used:Number of effects already used, here 35.
- Number of effects available:Number of remaining effects, here 15.
- Total Amount:Total amount associated with the notebook (for example, 2,444,398.26 DH, slightly different in the statistics).
- User:Person who recorded the notebook, here DIGISOFT.
- Paging:At the bottom of the table, a pagination control indicates that the user is on page 1 ("1" is highlighted in blue). Arrows to navigate to previous and next pages announce that more records may be available if the total exceeds the display limit per page.
