Transaction filter

The cash register management interface includes aadvanced filter systemallowing users tosearch and sorttransactions based on several criteria. This filter makes it easier to manage and analyze financial transactions by focusing on specific transactions.

Filter functionality

The transaction filter allows users to:
Show only transactions matching specific criteria.
Monitor receipts and disbursements over a given period.
Identify justified or unjustified transactions.
Refine the search based on users, customers or suppliers.

Fields available in the filter

The user can filter transactions based on the following criteria:

Start date: Allows you to define a date from which to display transactions.

End date: Allows you to set a deadline for the search.

Status: Indicates whether the transaction isjustifiedGoldnot justified.

Box: Filter transactions by specific cash account.

Customer: Allows you to display only transactions associated with a specific customer.

User: Filter transactions based on the user who entered the transaction.

Collaborator: Displays operations associated with a particular collaborator.

Type of operation: Two possible options:

• Collection(adding money to the cash register)

• Disbursement(cash out of the cash register)

Titled: Search by description of the transaction (example: “purchase of supplies”).

Reference: Allows you to find a transaction based on its reference number.

Supplier: Display of transactions according to the supplier concerned.

Operation number: Search based on the unique number of the operation.

Reason for collection: Allows you to refine the search according to the reason for the collection.

Reason for disbursement: Allows you to search for a transaction based on its reason for money outflow.

How to use the filter?

Access filterby clicking on the button“Filtered”at the top of the interface.
Enter the desired criteriaby filling in the available fields.
Validate the searchto display only transactions matching the selected criteria.
Refresh filterif necessary to return to the global display of transactions.
