Explanation of the Transaction List
Main Features
Visualizationof all cash transactions in a single screen.

Details of Displayed Columns
Operation→ Unique identifier of the transaction (e.g. OP1, OP2, etc.).
Reference→ Internal code to find the transaction.
Box→ Cash account affected by the transaction.
Date→ Transaction execution date.
Third party→ Customer or supplier involved.
Beneficiary→ Person who received or paid the money.
vehicle→ If applicable, vehicle linked to the transaction.
Pattern→ Reason for the transaction (e.g. repair, purchase of supplies).
Titled→ Detailed description of the operation.
Speed→ Amount of expenditure (disbursement).
Credit→ Amount of revenue (cash out).
pay→ Balance status after each transaction.
Attachment→ Possibility of adding proof (invoice, receipt).
Forecast→ Check box to report a scheduled transaction.
Meaning of Colors
Amounts in red→ Indicate adisbursement(outflow of money).
Amounts in green→ Indicate acollection(cash entry).
Available Actions
Add a transaction

Click on thegreen “+” buttonat the top right to save anew collection or disbursement.
Edit a transaction

Click on thethree dots "..."to the left of the operation concerned, then select“To modify”to update the information.
Filter transactions

Click on“Filtered”to search for transactions according to several criteria (date, user, type of operation, etc.).
