Exporting supplier drafts
Exporting supplier drafts involves extracting the data stored in the system as a file, generally in Excel (.xlsx) format, for offline use. This includes information like payment number, due date, vendor, bank, and other details, making it easy to share with other departments (like accounting or audit) or analyze in external tools. The interface provides intuitive icons to initiate this export, with a refresh option to ensure up-to-date data.
The supplier drafts interface presents a detailed table of recorded drafts, with filtering and export options. Here are the main elements observed:
- Title and Header:The page is titled “Supplier Transactions”, clearly indicating its function of managing supplier negotiable instruments.
- Filtering Options:A "Filter" button at the top left opens a panel with several fields, although not detailed here, probably including criteria like date, provider or status. This allows you to customize the view before exporting.
Account of Records:Below the filters, the number "52" is displayed with "Number of records", indicating 52 milkings listed after applying the filters, which may influence the exported data.
Export and Refresh Options:At the top right, two icons are present:
- A green Excel icon to export the data to Excel format.
- A refresh icon to update the list.
Click on the Excel icon to initiate the export process. This action will automatically generate a file in Excel format (.xlsx) containing the supplier draft data visible in the list.
Download the File:
Once the export is started, the system will allow you to download the generated Excel file. You can save it to your computer or any other device for later use. The file will probably be named automatically, for example, "Traites_Fournisseurs_Export_20250319.xlsx", and will be downloaded to the default downloads folder.
