Payments List
The “Supplier Payments List” interface is a key page for managing and tracking payments made to suppliers. It presents a table with columns such as payment number, date, supplier, amount, payment method, and more, allowing for quick and efficient consultation.
Worn
You can filter, sort or export the data for detailed analyses, and each payment can be expanded to see more details or edited if necessary.
Data Interpretation
Each line represents a payment, with information such as date (for example, all visible payments are from 02/03/2025) and amount (from 420.00 DH to 121,533.11 DH). The names of suppliers and users are hidden for confidentiality reasons, but this does not affect the analysis of amounts and dates.
Detailed Reporting Note
The “Supplier Payment List” is an essential interface in a financial management system, providing a comprehensive and organized overview of all payments recorded to suppliers. This functionality is crucial for accountants, financial managers or users wanting to track expenses, ensure transaction traceability and prepare reports. Based on the analysis of the interface provided, here is a detailed description of its operation, its layout and its usefulness.
Interface Layout
The interface begins with a header section, followed by a statistical summary and a main table. Here is a breakdown:
Header Section:
- The title “Supplier Payments” is displayed at the top, in bold, black text, clearly indicating the function of the page.
To the right of the title, a horizontal toolbar contains four icons:
- A green “+” icon to add a new payment.
- A blue circular arrow icon to refresh the list and display the most recent data.
- A purple download icon, allowing you to export the data, for example in Excel format (.xlsx), for external analyses.
- Below the title, a blue “Filter” button opens a panel to apply search criteria, making it easier to personalize the list.
Account of Records:
- Just below the header, the number "58" is displayed in large format, followed by "Number of Records", indicating that there are 58 payments listed. This counter updates dynamically based on the filters applied.
Table Section:
The main body of the interface is a table with a dark blue header row and several rows of data. Each column is labeled as follows:
- Number: Unique identifier of the payment (for example, PF1953, PF1954).
- Date: Payment date (all visible entries are dated 02/03/2025).
- Supplier: Name or identifier of the supplier, hidden for confidentiality reasons.
- Amount: Amount paid, displayed in red, with values varying from 420.00 DH to 121,533.11 DH.
- Payment method: Method used (for example, Check, Transfer).
- Check/Bill No.: Reference number for payments by check or bill (for example, 486836, 4307146).
- Attachment: Icon indicating the presence of attachments (none visible in this extract).
- User: Person who recorded the payment, also hidden for confidentiality reasons.
- Each row includes a blue ">" icon on the left, allowing you to expand to see more details, and a vertical ellipse ("...") next to the number, offering actions like edit or delete.
Data Interpretation
Each row in the table represents an individual payment made to a supplier, with the following details:
- Number: Serves as a single reference to identify the payment in the system, making it easier to track and search.
- Date: Indicates when the payment was made or recorded. In this snippet, all dates are "02/03/2025", which may indicate a filter applied or a batch of payments made on that day.
- Supplier: Identifies the beneficiary of the payment. Although hidden, this field is crucial for associating the payment with the correct supplier.
- Amount: Shows the amount paid, with values in red for increased visibility, especially for high amounts like 121,533.11 DH, which is an unexpected feature making it easier to identify large transactions.
- Payment method: Specifies whether the payment was made by check or transfer, helping to categorize transactions.
- Check/Bill No.: Provides traceability for check payments, with numbers like 486836, useful for bank reconciliations.
- Attachment: Allows you to check whether supporting documents (such as a receipt or a copy of a check) are attached, reinforcing traceability.
- User: Indicates who recorded the payment, hidden here, but essential for accountability and auditing.
Interactive Features
The interface offers several ways to interact with the list:
- Filtering: Use the "Filter" button to apply criteria like date, supplier or payment method, narrowing the list to specific payments.
- Sorting: Columns can be sorted by clicking on the headers (for example, sort by amount to see the highest payments first).
- Addition: Click the "+" icon to open a form and add a new payment, entering details like date, supplier, amount, etc.
- Refreshment: Use the circular arrow icon to update the list and ensure the data is current.
- Export: Click the download icon to export the list in Excel format, useful for external reports or analyses.
- Actions on Lines: Click on the ellipse ("...") to access actions such as modifying, viewing or printing a payment, or on ">" to expand and see more details.
