Importing Cash Transactions
L'importing cash transactionsis a feature that allows users toadd multiple operations at oncevia apre-formatted file. This avoids repetitive manual entry and reduces the risk of errors.
With this option, transactions areloaded, verified and integratedto the system in a few simple steps. The process includes validating data, detecting errors, and securely adding transactions to the database.
Steps to Import Transactions

Click on theimport buttonin the cash management interface.

A window opens, offeringdownload a template filecontaining the required fields.
Download and Complete the File

The file contains mandatory columns likeCase, Type of movement, Amount, Reason.

Make sure that the information entered complies with theexisting referencesin the system.

Some fields areobligatoryand will be marked in red if absent.
Load File into System

Return to the import interface and click“Following”.

Select the completed file from your computer.

The system performs afirst analysisdata.
Error Checking and Correction

The system displays afile previewwith thetotal number of recordsand reports any errors.

If errors are detected (e.g. incorrect format, missing field),fix them and re-import the file.
Confirm and Finalize the Import

If no errors are found, click"Import".

The system automatically adds transactions to thelist of cash transactions.

A confirmation message appears to validate the successful import.
