Supplier collections
This report is designed to track collections made from suppliers. It provides an overview of payments made, enabling efficient management of financial transactions with suppliers. Here is an explanation of the main elements of the report, including column headings.
Report Header
- Report Name: "Supplier Receipts" - This indicates that the report is focused on payments made to suppliers.
- Number of records: For example, here there are 1893 records, which is the total number of rows (transactions) in the report.
- Amount billed: Expressed in DH (Dirhams), here 20,482,1942.79 DH, representing the total sum of the amounts invoiced by suppliers.

Column Titles
The report table contains several columns that structure the collection information. Here is a description of each column title:
- Date: This column indicates the date the transaction or record was made. It allows each operation to be placed in time.
- Payment type: This column specifies the payment method used to pay the supplier, for example "Draft" or "Cheque". This helps identify preferred payment methods or variations in settlement practices.
- Number: This column displays a unique number associated with each transaction or accounting document, allowing rapid identification and precise monitoring of each operation.
- Supplier: This column contains the name or identifier of the supplier concerned by the transaction. It allows you to know to whom the payment was made.
- Invoice number: This column lists the invoice numbers associated with each payment. It is used to link payments to the corresponding invoices issued by the supplier.
- Invoice date: This column indicates the date the invoice was issued by the supplier. It allows you to compare the invoice date with the payment date to assess payment times.
- Invoice amount including tax: This column shows the total amount, all taxes included (TTC), of the invoice issued by the supplier. It reflects the amount initially due.
- Amount paid including tax: This column indicates the amount actually paid to the supplier, also all taxes included (TTC). It allows you to compare the amount paid with the amount invoiced to identify possible discrepancies or partial payments.
Navigation and Filters
- Filtered: A "Filter" button is available to refine the data displayed, for example by selecting a specific period, a particular supplier or a payment type.
- Paging: The report is paginated (for example, page 1 of 5), allowing easy navigation through records if the number of lines is large.
Added Value of the Report
This report offers several benefits for supplier relationship management and financial monitoring:
- Visibility on payments: It allows you to see at a glance payments made to suppliers, with details of amounts invoiced and paid, making it easier to track payments.
- Management of payment deadlines: By comparing the invoice date and the payment date, it is possible to assess payment times and identify possible delays, which is crucial for maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
- Deviation control: The comparison between the "Invoice amount including tax" and the "Amount paid including tax" allows you to quickly identify partial payments or invoices not yet paid, helping to avoid errors or oversights.
- Transaction traceability: Thanks to registration numbers, invoice numbers and supplier information, the report offers complete traceability of operations, useful for audits or accounting verifications.
- Help with decision making: The information provided (amounts, payment types, suppliers) allows you to better plan cash flow, prioritize payments or negotiate with suppliers when necessary.
- Financial summary: The totals at the top of the report (amount invoiced and amount paid) provide a summary view of the status of payments, useful for quick financial analyses.

It centralizes information on payments to suppliers, improves transparency and facilitates the management of financial flows.
