Column Titles
The report table contains several columns that structure the information on customer outstandings. Here is a description of each column title:
- Customer: This column indicates the name or identifier of the customer concerned by the outstanding amount. It allows you to identify to whom the amounts are owed.
- Amount billed: This column displays the total amount including all taxes (TTC) of the invoices issued for this customer. It reflects the amount initially due.
- Amount paid: This column shows the total amount including taxes (TTC) already paid by the customer. It allows you to track payments made.
- pay: This column indicates the difference between the amount invoiced and the amount paid, representing the amount still owed by the customer. It is essential for evaluating outstanding receivables.
Navigation and Filters
- Filtered: A "Filter" button is available to refine the data displayed, for example by selecting a specific customer, a period or a payment status.
- Paging: The report is paginated (for example, page 1 of 2), allowing easy navigation through records if the number of lines is large.
Added Value of the Report
This report offers several benefits for customer relationship management and financial monitoring:
- Monitoring of receivables: It allows you to quickly view the amounts still owed by each customer, making it easier to monitor outstanding amounts and identify late payments.
- Cash control: By comparing the amount invoiced, the amount paid and the balance, it helps to anticipate cash flow by identifying the amounts to be recovered.
- Reminder management: The outstanding balance allows you to identify customers to follow up on pending payments, improving debt recovery.
- Solvency analysis: By observing balances and payments made, it is possible to assess customer reliability and adjust credit policies if necessary.
- Financial summary: The totals at the top of the report (amount invoiced, amount paid, balance) provide an overview of outstanding amounts, useful for financial reports or strategic decisions.
- Decision making: The data provided makes it possible to prioritize actions (reminders, negotiations) and optimize the management of customer accounts.

It centralizes information on outstanding receivables, improves transparency and facilitates the management of incoming financial flows.
