Filtering Permissions

The traffic permit filtering feature allows users to quickly sort and search for specific permit information based on custom criteria. This allows faster and more efficient access to relevant data, improving permission management.

Available Filter Criteria

Users can apply multiple criteria to refine their search, allowing them to find precisely the information they are looking for among a large volume of data.

• Vehicle:
  Search by name or identifier of the vehicle concerned by the authorization.

• Number:
  Filter permissions by their unique number.

• Start date:
  Find authorizations based on their start date of validity (e.g. authorizations starting after a certain date).

• End date:
  Filter according to the expiry date of the authorizations (e.g.: authorizations expiring within a certain period).

• Area:
  Select the geographic area or region where the authorization applies.

• Attachment:
  Filter to check if any documents or supporting documents are associated with the authorization.

• How:
  Search for permissions based on keywords in the "comment" field (e.g. "emergency", "reassessment", etc.).
