Filtrage Permis

The traffic permit filter feature is designed to simplify searching and sorting permits based on specific criteria. This allows users to quickly navigate the database and locate relevant information effortlessly.

Available Filter Criteria

Vehicle :

• Search for licenses associated with a specific vehicle by entering its registration or ID.

License Number:

• Filtrez les permis par leur numéro unique pour localiser un enregistrement précis.

Date Début et Date Fin :

• Affinez la recherche en sélectionnant une plage de dates pour identifier les permis valides ou expirant à une période donnée.

Montant HT :

• Recherchez les permis en fonction de leur montant hors taxes pour des analyses financières.

TVA :

• Filtrez selon le taux de TVA applicable, si renseigné.

Attachement :

• Identifiez les permis associés à un document attaché (ex. : fichiers PDF).

Commentaire :

• Recherchez des permis comportant des mots-clés ou notes spécifiques dans le champ "Commentaire".

Using Filtering

Access the Filter Tool:

• In the “Traffic Permits” module, click on the buttonFilteror use the search bar directly.

Select Criteria:

• Choose the fields to use to refine your search (e.g.: vehicle, dates, or amounts).

Apply the Filter:

• Click onTo researchto display a list of permits matching the selected criteria.

Reset Filters:

• Click onResetto remove the criteria and return to the full list of permits.

• Analyze permits based on VAT amounts or VAT rates for accounting purposes.

• Locate permits with attached files to check their validity or content.
