Permit Filtering

The traffic permit filter feature is designed to simplify searching and sorting permits based on specific criteria. This allows users to quickly navigate the database and locate relevant information effortlessly.

Available Filter Criteria

Vehicle:

• Search for licenses associated with a specific vehicle by entering its registration or ID.

License Number:

• Filter permits by their unique number to locate a specific record.

Start Date and End Date:

• Refine the search by selecting a date range to identify permits that are valid or expiring in a specific time period.

Amount excluding tax:

• Search permits by their tax-free amount for financial analyses.

VAT:

• Filter according to the applicable VAT rate, if specified.

Attachment:

• Identify the permits associated with an attached document (e.g. PDF files).

How:

• Search for permits with specific keywords or notes in the "Comment" field.

Using Filtering

Access the Filter Tool:

• In the “Traffic Permits” module, click on the buttonFilteror use the search bar directly.

Select Criteria:

• Choose the fields to use to refine your search (e.g.: vehicle, dates, or amounts).

Apply the Filter:

• Click onTo researchto display a list of permits matching the selected criteria.

Reset Filters:

• Click onResetto remove the criteria and return to the full list of permits.

• Analyze permits based on VAT amounts or VAT rates for accounting purposes.

Document Management:

• Locate permits with attached files to check their validity or content.
