List Contents

Each certificate displayed in the list includes the following information:

Vehicle:

• Identification of the associated vehicle (registration, model, or serial number).

Certificate Number:

• Unique number assigned to each certificate.

Dates:

• Start date:Validity start date.
• End date:End of validity date.
• Return date:If applicable, date of return or closure of the certificate.

Amounts:

• Amount excluding tax:Cost excluding taxes.
• VAT:Percentage applied.
• Amount including tax:Total amount, all taxes included.

Attachment:

• Link or icon indicating the presence of attached documents (scan or associated file).

How:

• Additional observations or notes related to the certificate.
