The traffic permit management module offers an intuitive and comprehensive interface for adding, modifying, viewing and deleting information relating to traffic permits. It allows efficient organization of administrative data while guaranteeing their updating and traceability.

Add a Traffic License

Access the Add Section:

• In the main menu, select "Traffic Permit" then click on the buttonAdd.

Fill in the Information:

• Vehicle (required):Select or enter the vehicle registration.
• Number (required):Enter the unique license number.
• Amount excluding tax (mandatory):Enter the amount excluding taxes.
• Start date (required):Indicate the start date of the permit validity.
• VAT (optional):Indicate the applicable VAT rate, if necessary.
• Attachment (optional):Download an associated file (e.g.: digital copy of the permit).
• How (optional):Add notes or observations if necessary.

Check and Save:

• Check the information entered and clickSaveto finalize the addition.

Modify a Traffic License

Steps:

Locate the Permit:

• Use the search functionality or filters (vehicle, number, date) to find the license to modify.

Access the Modification:

• In the list of permits, click the buttonTo modifyassociated with the selected permit.

Make the Changes:

• Update the necessary fields (e.g. amount, dates, or attached document).

Save Changes:

• Click onsaveA confirmation message will appear to validate the changes.

Delete a Traffic Permit

Locate the Permit:

• Find the license you want to delete in the list or via the filters.

Delete the License:

• Click the buttonDELETEnext to the permit concerned.

Confirm Deletion:

• A dialog box will appear to confirm the action. Click onDELETEto proceed.

Consult a Traffic Permit

Search for a License:

• Use the search filters to quickly locate a license (by vehicle, number, or date).

View Details:

• Click on the permit in the list to access a detailed view.

This view includes all the information:

• vehicle
• Number
• Amount excluding tax
• Start Date
• VAT
• Attachment (downloadable)
