Import/Export Permissions
Allows the mass addition of traffic authorizations using a pre-formatted file, thereby simplifying data entry and processing for large volumes of information.
Required Fields for Import:

Vehicle:
The registration number or unique identifier of the vehicle to which the circulation authorization applies. -
Start date:
The start date of validity of the circulation authorization. -
End date:
The expiry date of the circulation authorization.
Non-Required Fields:
-
Number:
The unique identification number of the circulation authorization. If this field is left empty, a unique number will be automatically generated by the system. -
Attachment:
Additional documents or files associated with the authorization (e.g. authorization scans, zone credentials, etc.). -
User:
The identity of the user who added or modified the authorization. This field is optional and can be automatically populated by the system based on the active session.
Steps to Import Traffic Permits:

Prepare the Import File:
Download the pre-formatted file template (usually in Excel or CSV format) and fill in the corresponding data, making sure to include at least the mandatory fields (Vehicle, Start date, End date).
Access the Import Option:
Go to the traffic authorization management module and select the data import option.
Load File:
Click the button to load your pre-formatted file and select the file to import from your computer.
Validate the Data:
The system will preview the imported data. Verify that the information is correct before proceeding.
Confirm Import:
Click the confirmation button to import the data. A confirmation message will be displayed once the import is complete.
Export of Traffic Authorizations
Allows users to generate a downloadable file containing all traffic clearance data, making it easier to analyze, track and share information with external parties.
Exported Fields:
The export file includes the following information:

Vehicle:
The registration number or unique identifier of the vehicle. -
Start date:
The start date of validity of the authorization. -
End date:
The expiry date of the authorization. -
Number:
The unique identification number of the circulation authorization (if provided). -
Attachment:
Link to documents or files associated with the authorization (if applicable). -
User:
The name of the user who added or modified the circulation authorization.
Steps to Export Traffic Authorizations:

Access the Export Option:
In the traffic permits module, select the export option. -
Choose the Filtering Criteria (if necessary):
If you want to export specific permissions, apply filters based on criteria like vehicle, start date, geographic area, etc. -
Generate the File:
Click the export button to generate the file. The file will usually be in Excel or CSV format for easy data manipulation. -
Download the File:
Once the file is generated, a download link will be offered. Click on it to recover the file to your computer.
