Filtering Taxes

The tax filter functionality allows for quick and accurate searching based on defined criteria. It is essential to efficiently find relevant records, simplifying the management and monitoring of taxes associated with vehicles.

Available Filter Criteria

vehicle

• Description :
  Allows you to filter taxes associated with a specific vehicle.
• Options:
  Search by registration, make, model or fleet code.
• Example:
  Find all taxes related to the Toyota Hilux (ABC-123).

Tax Number

• Description :
  Searches for a tax based on its unique identifier.
• Format:
  Alphanumeric (e.g.: TAXE2024-001).
• Example:
  Find the tax corresponding to the numberTAX2023-01234.

Important Dates

• Start date:Filters active taxes from a given date.
• End date:Allows you to locate expired or expiring taxes.
• Example:
  Find valid taxes between01/01/2024And31/12/2024.

Amount

• Description :
  Allows you to search for taxes based on their amount.

Options:

• Greater than or equal to a specific amount.
• Less than or equal to a specific amount.
• Example:
  Identify taxes with an amount greater than2000 DH.

Attachment

• Description :
  Identifies taxes with or without attached documents.

Options:

• With attachment.
• Without attachment.

Example:
Filter taxes with a copy of tax receipt attached.

User

• Description :
  Search for taxes added or edited by a specific user.
• Example:
  Filter taxes entered byAdmin_Fleet.

How

• Description :
  Allows you to locate taxes containing specific remarks.
• Example:
  Search for all taxes with the comment:“Tax to be renewed.”

How to Use the Filter Function

Access the Filtering Interface:
Click on the tabTaxesin the main menu, then go to the sectionFiltering.

Select Criteria:
Complete one or more fields corresponding to the desired search criteria.

Start the Search:
Refine or Reset:

• To refine the results, modify the criteria and run the search again.
• To start again, clickResetto empty the fields.
