Claims Filtering

Claims management is a central element in ensuring the operational continuity of corporate fleets while reducing financial and administrative impacts. Thanks to an advanced filtering system, managers can quickly access the information needed to analyze and process claims, ensuring rapid response and in accordance with established protocols.

A management system optimized for claims

The module dedicated to claims is based on an ergonomic interface and precise filters, allowing you to easily navigate through files, whatever their status or complexity. The following filter criteria are proposed to meet the needs of managers:

• vehicle: This filter allows you to target a specific vehicle to examine the claims associated with it. It provides a detailed view of events affecting a particular vehicle, making it easier to analyze its performance and make informed decisions.

• Collaborator: This criterion makes it possible to identify claims linked to an employee, providing precise monitoring of their history and their implications in incidents, thus promoting more individualized management.

• User: In the event of delegation or multiple users for the same vehicle, this filter helps identify the person responsible for a given claim, ensuring clear and structured monitoring.

• Fleet: When several vehicles are grouped together in a fleet, this criterion makes it possible to display the claims associated with this entire fleet. It is an essential tool for companies managing large fleets, allowing them to obtain a consistent overview.

• Status: This filter facilitates the categorization of claims according to their status (in progress, resolved, canceled, etc.), allowing managers to prioritize actions and guarantee rapid resolution.

• entity: When several entities or departments share vehicles, this filter ensures precise monitoring of claims by organizational unit. This allows for better allocation of responsibilities and resources.

• Start date and End date: By setting a time period, users can narrow their searches to claims that occurred within that time frame, ideal for analyzing trends and producing periodic reports.

• Type of losses: This criterion makes it possible to filter events by their nature (collision, theft, breakdown, etc.), facilitating the identification of recurring or critical disasters for better prevention in the future.

• Attachment: Thanks to this filter, managers can access the documents or files associated with each disaster, such as expert reports, repair quotes or photos of the damage, thus guaranteeing complete traceability.

This intuitive and powerful system is a real ally for companies seeking to optimize the management of their claims. It improves transparency, reduces financial losses, and guarantees rigorous monitoring at each stage of the process.

In short, claims management, reinforced by an advanced filtering system, represents an essential solution for any company wishing to improve its resilience, operational performance and overall profitability.
