Import/Export Taxes

The moduleImport and Export Taxesoffers a practical solution for mass managing tax data associated with vehicles. It allows you to quickly import multiple taxes from a pre-formatted file, or export the information for in-depth analyzes or external sharing.

Importing Taxes

Functionality:

Quick and mass addition of tax records via a structured file according to the system format.

Steps to Import Taxes:

Access the Import Tool

• Click the buttonImportin the menuTax Management.

Download the Pre-Formatted Template

• Download the Excel template file containing the necessary structure for the import.

The columns included in the template are:

• vehicle(Mandatory)
• Start Date(Mandatory)
• End Date(Mandatory)
• Number(Optional)
• Amount excluding tax(Optional)
• VAT amount(Optional)
• Amount including tax(Optional)
• Attachment(Optional)
• How(Optional)

Fill out the Model File

• Enter the tax data in the corresponding columns.

Respect the required formats:

• Date :dd/mm/yyyy.
• Amounts:Numeric with decimal separator (. or , depending on the system).

Import File

• Select the completed file and clickImport.
• Check the data displayed in the preview before confirmation.
• Resolve reported errors, if any.

Validation

• Once validated, the records are added to the system, and a confirmation message is displayed.

Exporting Taxes

Functionality:

Generation of a downloadable file containing all recorded taxes or a selection based on specific criteria.

Steps to Export Taxes:

Access the Export Tool

• Click the buttonExportin the menuTax Management.

Define Export Criteria

Apply filters to limit the data to export, for example:

• Vehicle.
• Start Date / End Date.
• User.

Generate File

• Click onExport.

An Excel file is generated with the following columns:

• Vehicle.
• Number.
• Amount excluding tax, VAT, tax included.
• Start Date, End Date.
• Attachment (indicated by an icon if available).
• How.
• User.
