Step 1: Download and prepare the template file
Before you begin importing, you must download a template file designed for this task. This file contains predefined columns that are essential to fill correctly to avoid import errors.

The template file is accessible through the user interface. It contains columns essential for import, each corresponding to specific data.

Respect the order of the columns:
The required fields in each line are:
- vehicle
- Start date
- End date
- Insurance company
- Font number

Prepare your file:
- Make sure there is only one value per cell.
- Avoid blank lines in the middle of the file.
- Follow the expected format for dates (dd/mm/yyyy).
- Complete all required fields to avoid validation errors.
Step 2: Load the international insurance file
Once the file is properly prepared, you can move on to the next step: loading it into the system.

Select file:
Click the button“Browse”to locate the file on your computer and select it.

Start loading:
Once the file is selected, click“Following”to start the loading process. The system will analyze the file to prepare the data for final verification.

Check the data summary:
- A summary will display the total number of lines in the file as well as the number of lines ready for import.
- This summary allows you to quickly check the contents of the file before continuing.
Step 3: Verifying the imported data
After loading, a summary table containing the records from the file will be displayed. At this stage, it is crucial to validate the data.

Error checking:
The system will highlight any errors, such as missing fields or incorrect formats (for example, incorrectly entered date or missing font number).

Validation of correct records:
Rows without errors will be marked as ready for import. You will be able to check key information such as:
- vehicle
- Insurance company
- Font number
- Start and end dates
- Amounts excluding tax, VAT, tax included
- AttachmentAndUser
Step 4: Finalize the import of international insurance
Once the data is verified and corrected, you can finalize the import of the records.

Click “Import”:
Validate the operation to add the data to the database.

Import confirmation:
A confirmation message will appear indicating that the import was successful and all records were successfully added.
