Filtering Notebooks

The management of metrological notebooks is crucial to ensure rigorous monitoring of the controls and certifications necessary for the conformity of equipment and vehicles. A powerful and intuitive filtering system has been integrated to help companies efficiently organize, consult and manage these notebooks based on specific criteria. This solution guarantees simplified and proactive management, while ensuring constant compliance with current standards.

A precise and versatile filtering system

Thanks to a wide range of filters, this system allows rapid access to relevant data and maintains impeccable traceability. Here are the filter criteria available to optimize the management of metrological notebooks:

• vehicle: This filter allows you to display the metrological logs relating to a specific vehicle. Managers can thus instantly consult the details of the checks carried out and the upcoming deadlines for a given vehicle.

• billing: With this criterion, it is possible to group the books according to their financial state, such as books linked to services invoiced or awaiting payment. This helps to effectively manage the financial aspects of metrology.

• State: This filter classifies notebooks according to their status, such as "Up to date", "Expired", or "To be renewed". This allows managers to prioritize necessary actions and ensure that each log complies with regulatory requirements.

• Brand and Model: These filters allow you to organize the logs according to the specifications of the vehicles or equipment concerned, depending on their make and model. They facilitate detailed analysis for diversified fleets.

• Category: This criterion groups the logs according to the type of vehicle or equipment, for example, heavy goods vehicles, specialized machinery or utility vehicles. It offers a segmented and clear vision of the situation of the different equipment groups.

• Key dates (Start/end date and deadlines): These filters allow you to search for notebooks issued or valid over a specific period. In addition, due dates help anticipate renewals and plan upcoming metrological controls, thus avoiding any delays that could disrupt operations.

• Attachment: This filter groups together associated documents, such as certificates or inspection reports. Centralized access to these files guarantees fluid and responsive document management, particularly useful during audits or regulatory checks.

By integrating this advanced filtering system, companies ensure precise and compliant management of their metrological records. This system promotes a proactive approach, making it possible to comply with current regulations while optimizing resources and time.

With a neat interface and adapted functionalities, the management of metrological notebooks has never been so fluid, thus guaranteeing exemplary organization and a high level of performance.
