Filtering Flexibility

The flexibility certificate filtering functionality allows for quick and efficient search of documents based on specific criteria, simplifying their management and tracking.

Available Filter Criteria

Users can filter certificates using the following criteria:

Vehicle:

• Search for certificates linked to a specific vehicle (by registration, model or serial number).

Certificate Number:

• Locate a specific certificate by entering its unique number.

Dates:

• Start Date: Filter active certificates from a given date.
• End Date: View certificates expiring before or after a specific date.
• Return Date: Search by the date the certificate was returned (if applicable).

Amount:

• Amount excluding tax or tax:Classify or search by amount ranges (lower, higher, or equal).

VAT:

• Find certificates based on the VAT percentage applied.

Attachment:

• Identify certificates that have an attached document or require an addition.

How:

• Look for specific keywords or mentions in the comments field.

Steps to Filter Certificates

1. Go to the sectionManagement of Flexibility Certificates.
2. Click the buttonFilteror open the advanced search panel.
3. Choose the desired criteria from those available:
   • Examples: Select a vehicle, set a date range, or enter a certificate number.
4. Click onApply Filters.
5. See the results displayed in a list sorted according to your criteria.

Advanced Features

Spell:

• Sort the certificates by column (amount, start/end date, number, etc.).
• Example: Display certificates in ascending or descending order of start date.

Text Search:

• Perform a quick search by entering a keyword in the search bar (vehicle name, number, comment, etc.).

Filter Combination:

• Combine several criteria for a more precise search (e.g.: vehicle + start date + amount).
