Filtering Visits

The technical visit filtering functionality allows users to efficiently search and sort visit information recorded in the system. It provides a quick, personalized view of data based on specific needs.

Available Filter Criteria

Vehicle:

• Search by vehicle registration or identifier.

Number:

• Find a tour by entering its unique reference number.

Technical Visit Type:

• Filter visits by category (periodic, special, etc.).

Dates:

• Start date:Allows you to search for visits starting on a specific date or within a date range.
• End Date:Identify visits that have expired or are nearing expiration.

Technical Visit Center:

• Locate visits made to a particular center.

Total Amount:

• Search for visits based on their total cost (e.g. visits above a certain amount).

CNPAC, COM TAX, CNEH:

• Identify visits with specific amounts for these categories.

Attachment:

• Filter visits with attached documents (reports, invoices, etc.).

User:

• Search for visits added or edited by a specific user.

How to Use Filtering

Access the Filtering Section:

• Click on the “Filter” option in the main technical visit management menu.

Define the Criteria:

• Complete one or more fields from the listed criteria.

Start Search

Refine or Reset:

• Edit the criteria to refine the results or clickResetto clear all fields and start again.
