Tax List
The moduleList of Taxespresents a detailed display of all taxes recorded in the system, with essential information for effective management. This list allows users to quickly view, sort and analyze vehicle tax data.
Fields Displayed in the Tax List
vehicle
- Description :
Identifies the vehicle associated with the tax.
Details shown:
- Registration.
- Model and brand.
- Fleet code (if applicable).
Tax Number
- Description :
Unique number assigned to each tax for identification.
Amount excluding tax
- Description :
Amount of tax excluding tax.
VAT amount
- Description :
Amount of value added tax (VAT).
Amount including tax
- Description :
Total amount of tax, including VAT.
Important Dates
- Start date:
Indicates the start date of the tax validity. - End date:
Specifies the tax expiration date.
Attachment
- Description :
Indicates whether supporting documents (invoices, receipts) are tax-related. - Displayed format:
Attachment icon (clickable to download or view).
User
- Description :
Identifies the user who added or modified the tax.
How
- Description :
Displays any additional remarks or notes associated with the tax.

Search bar allowing you to quickly filter results by:
- Tax number.

- Consultation:
Click on a line to see the full details of a tax. - Exchange:
Edit button to update information. - Deletion:
Delete an invalid or wrong tax after confirmation.
Data Export
- Ability to generate an Excel file containing the information visible in the list for analysis or external sharing.
