Fire extinguisher management

Fire extinguisher management aims to ensure efficient and intuitive administration of information related to each extinguisher in the system. This functionality allows you to add, modify, view and delete associated data, with quick and organized access to key information.

Adding a Fire Extinguisher

Access the Addition Form:

• Click onAddin the interface.

Complete the Required Fields:

• Number:Enter a unique identifier for the fire extinguisher.
• Volume (kg):Indicate the capacity of the fire extinguisher (e.g.: 3 kg).
• Date of Purchase:Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
• Attachment:Upload a relevant file if necessary.
• How:Add details or remarks (optional).

Validate the Addition:

• Click onSaveto save the extinguisher in the system.

Modification of a Fire Extinguisher

Select the Fire Extinguisher:

• From the list of fire extinguishers, identify the one to modify.

Access the Edit Option:

• Click the icon or buttonTo modify.

Update Information:

• Adjust the necessary fields (e.g.: new attachment file, comment change).

Save Changes:

• Click onSaveto validate the changes.

Removing a Fire Extinguisher

Identify the Fire Extinguisher to Remove:

• Access the list and locate the relevant fire extinguisher.

Choose the Delete Option:

• Click the icon or buttonDELETE.

• A confirmation window opens to validate the action.

Confirm Deletion:

• Click onConfirmto permanently remove the fire extinguisher.

Consultation of a Fire Extinguisher

Search or Filter:

• Use the search or filter tools to find a specific fire extinguisher (by number, date of purchase, etc.).

View Details:

• Click on the fire extinguisher to view its complete information.

• Fields such as number, volume, purchase date, and attachments are displayed.
