Adding Attachments to Contracts

The “Attachment” column in the rental contract interface. This column allows the addition of attachments to contracts. With this feature, users can associate specific documents or files with each contract directly from the displayed list.

Explanation of operation:

• Each line corresponds to a rental contract.

• In the "Attachment" column, an icon (in the shape of a paper clip) is displayed.

• By clicking on this icon, the user can download and attach files related to the contract (example: copy of the signed contract, invoices, administrative documents, etc.).

• Once the file is added, it will be accessible for later viewing or downloading.

This functionality improves the document management of contracts by allowing rapid and centralized access to supporting documents.
