Trailers File
The functionality ofexport of trailersallows you to generate a downloadable file containing all the trailer information stored in the system. This file can be used for several purposes, such as:
- Internal Analysis: Comparison of trailers based on tractor, brand, category or dates of use. This makes it possible to optimize trailer management and make informed decisions on their maintenance or reallocation.
- Audits: Collection of data on trailers for verifications or compliance checks.
- Data sharing: Transfer of trailer information to partners, other departments or external service providers.

Exported information includes:
- Tractor: The tractor associated with each trailer, facilitating the identification of the complete equipment.
- Tractor brand: The brand of tractor used to tow the trailer.
- Trailer: The number or unique identifier of each trailer for precise management.
- Mileage (trailer): The current mileage of the trailer, allowing its use and condition to be tracked.
- Trailer brand: The brand of the trailer (e.g. Schmitz, Kögel), for quick and accurate identification of each trailer.
- Start date: The date of entry into service or start of use of the trailer.
- End date: The end date of use or exit from service of the trailer.
- Status: The current status of the trailer (in service, in maintenance, out of service), allowing you to know the availability and allocation of trailers.
In the illustration provided, an example Excel file presents trailer data organized in columns: tractor, tractor brand, trailer, mileage, trailer brand, start date, end date and status. This structured format allows a quick overview of records and facilitates sorting, filtering and analysis of available or used trailers.
Thanks to this export, it is possible to centralize trailer information, make comparisons or extract reports to improve the operational management of the trailer fleet.
