Mass Addition

The replacement vehicle import functionality allows you to add multiple vehicle records in a single operation, via a pre-formatted file (often in Excel format). This option is particularly useful for:

• Initial integrationreplacement data for the entire fleet.
• The massive updateinformation on replacement vehicles.

Step 1: Download and prepare the canvas

Model download: A template file is available for download for data entry. This template follows a precise format with predefined columns (see screenshot) to ensure correct integration of information.

Respecting the order of columns: Mandatory fields, in particularvehicle, Start date, AndEnd date, are shown in red in the model. It is essential to strictly follow the order of the columns so that the system can read and process the data without errors.

Tips for preparing the file :

Prerequisites: The file must respect the specific format defined by the system, including essential columns such asvehicle, thereStart date, and theEnd date.

• Enter only one value per cell.
• Make sure there are no blank lines.
• Respect the date and time formats (dd/mm/yyyy hh).

Step 2: Load the file

Once the file is completed, follow these steps:

• Click onBrowseto select the file containing the replacement vehicle information.
• PressFollowingto load the data.
• A summary is then displayed, indicating the number of lines imported as well as the total number of lines in the file.

Step 3: Check the imported data

After loading the file:

• A summary table shows records of imported replacement vehicles.
• The system indicates the number of possible errors and the number of valid records.
• The details of each record (vehicle, start date, end date, replacement vehicle, reason) are visible for final verification.

Step 4: Import replacement vehicles

After checking the data:

• Click onImportto validate and add replacement vehicle records to the database.
• A confirmation message will inform you that the import was successful.

This feature saves you considerable time in managing replacement vehicles and facilitates rapid, error-free integration of critical data.
