Equipment Allocation

This operation simplifies fleet management by ensuring that each vehicle has the necessary resources, such as specific tools or accessories. By centrally assigning equipment, you optimize distribution and can easily track which vehicle has which equipment, making it easier to manage inventory and equipment needs across your fleet.

Add equipment to a vehicle in the interface

Access the “Vehicle Equipment” interface: In the Digiparc system, navigate to the section dedicated to vehicle equipment.

Click on the “Assignment” button": You will usually find an "Add" button at the top of the equipment list. Click on it to open the add form.

In the form, provide the following information:

• vehicle: Select the vehicle to which the equipment should be assigned.
• Start date: Enter the start date of use of the equipment on this vehicle.
• Date arrives: Enter the expected end or return date of the equipment.

Save: Click "Save" to confirm the assignment of the equipment to the vehicle.
