Equipment File
Export for vehicle equipment allows you to generate a downloadable file containing all the information stored in the system regarding vehicle equipment. This file can be used for various purposes:

Internal Analysis: Compare the types and conditions of vehicle equipment depending on the make, model, or category. This helps optimize equipment management and facilitates decision-making regarding its maintenance, replacement or update.

Audits: Gather equipment data for verifications or compliance checks.

Data sharing: Transmit information about equipment to partners, other departments or external service providers.
The exported information includes
Information exported:
- Registration: Unique registration number associated with each vehicle.
- Driver: Name of the main driver or user associated with the vehicle.
- Supplier: Name of the equipment supplier, for precise tracking of the origin of the parts.
- Typical equipment: Description of the installed equipment (e.g.: GPS, camera, toolbox).
- Quantity of parts: Number of parts for each type of equipment.
- Amount excluding tax/tax: Cost of the equipment excluding taxes (HT) and all taxes included (TTC).
- Availability: Equipment availability status (in stock, in service, out of service).
- Date of purchase: Date of acquisition of the equipment, useful for monitoring the lifespan and warranty periods.
In the example illustration, an Excel file presents this information organized in columns: registration, driver, supplier, type of equipment, quantity of parts, amount excluding tax/tax, availability and date of purchase. This structured format allows for a quick overview and facilitates sorting, filtering and equipment analysis operations. Thanks to this export, it is possible to centralize fleet equipment information for optimized management.
