Equipment Management
The functionality ofvehicle equipment managementallows you to precisely track the different equipment associated with each vehicle in your fleet. You can easily add, modify or delete information to ensure efficient management and up-to-date equipment tracking.
Main features:

Adding equipment: You can register new equipment associated with the vehicles in your fleet. Each piece of equipment can be identified by specific information, such as equipment type, serial number, model and installation date. This functionality is essential for new acquisitions or the integration of additional accessories.

Editing information: It is possible to update information on equipment at any time, which makes it possible to track their condition, allocation or replacement. This allows you to manage information such as service dates, current status or any changes in equipment usage.

Removal of equipment: When equipment is no longer needed or needs to be removed from the system, this option makes it easy to remove it. This ensures that your database remains organized and contains only relevant and current information.
Add Vehicle Equipment
Click on “Add”, the following form is displayed:
This interface allows you to add equipment associated with fleet vehicles, with precise monitoring of costs and suppliers. Here are the main fields and their role:
General equipment information:
- Code: Unique code assigned to the equipment, here "109001".
- Wording: Name of the equipment, for example "Balancing".
- Typical equipment: Equipment category, here "Balancing". This field allows you to specify the type for better organization of equipment.
- Supplier: Name of the equipment supplier, here "Bridgestone". You can add new suppliers if necessary.
- Amount excluding tax: Amount excluding taxes for the equipment, here "800.00 DH".
- VAT: VAT rate applied to the equipment. By default, here "0.00%".
- Amount including tax: Total amount with taxes calculated automatically, here "800.00 DH".
- Date of purchase: Date on which the equipment was acquired, here "08/11/2024".
- Description: Field allowing further detail of the equipment, here "Balancing the two front wheels".
Utility:
Adding detailed information for each piece of equipment allows rigorous tracking of equipment-related expenses, improves supplier management, and facilitates the organization of data in the database. By having all the information centralized, it is easier to schedule maintenance and manage the costs associated with each piece of equipment.
This interface guarantees better traceability and management of equipment associated with fleet vehicles.
Modification of vehicle equipment
To modify a vehicle equipment already registered, access the list of time indexes in the system.
The equipment modification functionality allows you to update equipment information associated with vehicles. This option is essential for keeping data up to date, especially when changes occur in costs, suppliers, or equipment details.
Removing vehicle equipment
If you want to delete a vehicle equipment, go to the list of vehicle equipment, select the one you want to delete, then click on the Delete button.
You will be asked for confirmation to validate the definitive deletion of this vehicle equipment. This action is irreversible: vehicle equipment and all associated data will be permanently deleted from the system.
