Filtering Equipment

The vehicle equipment filter allows you to quickly sort and search equipment records based on specific criteria, such as equipment type, vendor, and purchase period. This feature improves equipment management by facilitating access to data that meets specific needs.

Filter and search for vehicle equipment

At the top of the vehicle equipment management interface, a filtering section allows you to restrict the displayed list based on personalized criteria. You can apply the following filters:

• Typical equipment: Select a specific type of equipment to display only matching records (e.g. “Tires”, “Batteries”).
• Supplier: Choose a supplier to see equipment supplied by that company only.
• Start date: View equipment purchased from a specific date.
• End date: View equipment purchased up to a specific date.

Advantages of Filtering

With these filtering options, equipment management becomes more efficient by allowing quick access to the desired recordings. This functionality facilitates the monitoring and analysis of equipment, thus contributing to optimal fleet management and informed decision-making.
