This sheet serves as a reference for various actions such as maintenance, fuel consumption, and overall vehicle history.
This sheet plays a crucial role in the fleet management process, providing a comprehensive overview of the condition and performance of each vehicle. By regularly updating and consulting the vehicle file, fleet managers can ensure efficient operations, timely interventions, and cost optimization.
Key sections of the vehicle sheet
At the top of the vehicle sheet, you will find the main information necessary for its management. This information includes thevehicle type, as well as thebrandand themodel. You will also see thefuel typeused, as well as themode of acquisitionof the vehicle.
Theredate of releaseof the vehicle is displayed to indicate when it began to be used, as well as thecurrent mileage. Administrative information, such asplate number, thereregistration document reference, and thechassis number, are also included for complete document management.
Finally, the sectionAlertsinforms you of any alerts relating to the vehicle, indicating their number and level of importance. You can manage alerts directly from this section to ensure optimal monitoring of vehicle status.

The side menu of the vehicle file in Digiparc allows you to quickly access the different management elements linked to a vehicle. Here is an overview of the available options:
- Acquisition :Information on the conditions of acquisition of the vehicle (e.g.: purchase, rental).
- Attachments:Space to attach and consult documents relating to the vehicle (e.g. invoices, contracts).
- Assignments:Manage vehicle assignments to different drivers or employees.
- Fuel:Detailed monitoring of vehicle fuel consumption with information on completed fill-ups.
- Services:Monitoring of services carried out on the vehicle (maintenance, repairs, etc.).
- Motorway tolls:Management of toll costs related to vehicle travel.
- Miscellaneous expenses:Track other vehicle-related expenses, outside of services or fuel.
- Administrative:Management of vehicle administrative documents, such as registration cards and insurance.
- Claims:Monitoring of accidents or incidents involving the vehicle.
- Maintenance plan:Planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Interventions:Management of requests and history of technical interventions on the vehicle.
- Mileage:History and tracking of mileage records for the vehicle.
