Export Schedules

Exporting time indexes generates a downloadable file containing all the information available on time index records in the system. This file can be used for various purposes, including:

• Internal Analysis: Monitoring of vehicle use according to their hourly index to optimize their maintenance and management.
• Audits: Collection of usage data for compliance and verification purposes.
• Data sharing: Transmission of information to internal services, partners or external suppliers.

The exported information includes

• Registration: Unique vehicle registration number.
• Brand: Vehicle manufacturer (e.g.: DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
• Model: Precise model of the vehicle (e.g.: DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
• Category: Type of vehicle (tractor, sedan, etc.).
• Gender: Use or type of vehicle (e.g.: utility, personal).
• Date: Date of recording of the time index.
• Time index: Value indicating the number of hours of use recorded.
