Export Schedules

Exporting time indexes generates a downloadable file containing all the information available on time index records in the system. This file can be used for various purposes, including:

• Internal Analysis: Monitoring of vehicle use according to their hourly index to optimize their maintenance and management.
• Audits: Collecte des données d'usage à des fins de conformité et de vérification.
• Partage de données: Transmission des informations aux services internes, partenaires ou fournisseurs externes.

The exported information includes

• Immatriculation: Numéro unique d'immatriculation du véhicule.
• Marque: Constructeur du véhicule (ex. : DAF, MERCEDES BENZ, FORD).
• Modèle: Modèle précis du véhicule (ex. : DAF PL, MERCEDES BENZ CLASS C).
• Catégorie: Type de véhicule (tracteur, berline, etc.).
• Genre: Utilisation ou type du véhicule (ex. : utilitaire, personnel).
• Date: Date of recording of the time index.
• Time index: Value indicating the number of hours of use recorded.
