Export Leasing

Exporting leasing contracts allows you to generate a downloadable file bringing together all the information recorded in the system for each contract. This option is ideal for various purposes, including:

• Internal Analysis: Compare leasing contracts according to amounts, durations or partners to optimize the financial management of the fleet.
• Audits: Collect contract data for audits or regulatory compliance.
• Data sharing: Facilitate the transfer of information with partners, internal services or external suppliers.

The exported information includes

• Contract number: Unique identifier for each contract.
• Dealer: Supplier partner of the leasing contract.
• Leasing company: Leasing company with which the contract is signed.
• Contract date: Date of signature of the contract.
• Duration of collection: Period of validity of the contract, including the start date and the end date of the direct debit.
• Amount of direct debit excluding VAT/VAT: Amounts of monthly payments excluding tax and all taxes included.
• Amount financed: Amounts excluding tax and tax included for the total financing of the contract.

In the example shown below, you can see a formatted Excel file containing all the relevant columns for each contract. This format provides a clear overview, facilitating sorting and filtering by column for targeted analyses.
