Out of Service Vehicles
Allows you to manage and track vehicles that have been removed from the active fleet. It offers users the ability to add new retired vehicles, view their history, edit their information, and delete obsolete entries if necessary. This interface ensures centralized monitoring of retired vehicles to facilitate fleet management and optimize decisions related to vehicle renewal or maintenance.
Allows you to update the information of an already retired vehicle. By selecting a specific vehicle, the user can edit recorded details such as dates, reasons for retirement, and other associated information. This helps keep the data up to date in case of necessary changes or additions.
This option offers the possibility of permanently deleting a retired vehicle from the database. By selecting a vehicle, the user can click on the delete button to remove the scrapped vehicle from the system. This feature is useful for cleaning data by eliminating obsolete or erroneous records.
Added a new Reformed Vehicle
Click on “Add”, the following form is displayed:
Vehicle Selection: In the left section, use the drop-down menu to choose the vehicle you want to mark as retired. Basic vehicle information, such as registration, gender, energy, make and model, is automatically displayed for verification.
General Information :
- Date of Reform: Indicate the date on which the vehicle was scrapped. You can enter the date manually or use the date picker.
- Type of Reform: Select the reform type from the drop-down menu, for example, "SALE", "BREAKAGE", etc. This field is important to identify the reason for the reform.
- Amount: Enter the amount associated with the reform, if applicable (for example, the amount of the sale).
- How: You can add notes or comments to provide more details about the vehicle reform.

Registration: After completing all the necessary information, click on the buttonSaveto save the vehicle as reformed. The vehicle will thus be added to the list of retired vehicles, with all the information entered.
Modification of a retired vehicle
To get started, you need to access the "Retired Vehicles" interface in the Fleet module. This interface contains a complete list of all vehicles that have been marked as scrapped. You can access it easily from the vehicle management menu, by selecting the corresponding option.
Select the vehicle to modify
Once in the reformed vehicles interface, you can search for the vehicle you want to modify. To do this, you can use different filters such as the license plate number, the date of reform, or the vehicle model in order to quickly find the specific vehicle you want to edit.
Click on the vehicle
Once you have found the vehicle in the list, click on it to open its detailed file. The scrapped vehicle record contains all relevant information related to that vehicle, such as the scrapped status, reason for scrapped, and other important administrative information.
Removal of a retired vehicle
If you want to delete a retired vehicle, go to the retired vehicles interface and select the vehicle to delete. Then click on the buttonDELETEin the vehicle file.
A confirmation window will appear to validate the permanent deletion. This action is irreversible, and the vehicle will be removed from the system, along with all information associated with it.
